Your new role:
Join the team supporting the effective management of patient elections, revenue opportunities and associated information systems. You'll work closely with patients, clinical teams, doctors and health funds to ensure accurate classification, documentation and payment processes, while providing education, resolving complex enquiries and identifying opportunities to strengthen revenue outcomes. This is a great opportunity for a confident communicator with strong attention to detail, sound technical knowledge and a collaborative approach.

You're a confident, customer-focused professional who combines strong communication and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, sound technical knowledge and a collaborative approach.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine focus on customer needs
- Methodical approach to problem-solving and informed decision-making
- Confident using clinical information systems and relevant software
- Ability to educate and support colleagues across a range of settings
- Sound understanding of financial management in a complex, regulated environment

Logan Hospital is the major health centre for one of the fastest growing areas in Queensland. We offer a range of services, including medical, rehabilitation, maternity, surgical and paediatric care.
We offer our staff and students extensive support and training in most medical specialties. As a teaching hospital, we help train future health care professionals and participate in research through strong partnerships with Queensland's leading medical schools, universities, and TAFE Queensland.
