Hugenden Multipurpose Health Service provides 24-hour emergency and general medical care, with acute and residential aged care beds, and a range of community health and visiting services.

- Salary range: $79,661 to $109,546 p.a. (HWF3)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
- North West division allowance
- Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available
About your opportunity:
Join the Western Corridor team as an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Worker (Identified) and provide health services across Hughenden and Richmond. You'll work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver culturally safe care, advocate for patients, undertake clinical activities, and contribute to health promotion and education.
Requirements:
- Under s25 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991, there is a genuine occupational requirement for the incumbent to be Indigenous to the Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander Community.
- Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration (if applicable)
- Possession of a class C drivers license
- Travel is expected, with overnight shared accomodation when travelling to other sites
- This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
- Probation period may apply.
- Pre-employment checks will be conducted.
