Competitive salary and benefits:
We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.
- Base salary range: $111,993 to $121,853 p.a. (AO5n)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
- Plus a range of salary package options to increase take-home pay may be available
- Flexible working arrangements may be available
About your opportunity
As a Patient Feedback Officer, you will play an important role in supporting positive patient experiences across Townsville Hospital and Health Service. Working as part of the Patient Feedback Service team, you will assist in coordinating consumer feedback, ensuring concerns, compliments and suggestions are addressed in a timely, respectful and person-centred manner.
You will work collaboratively with consumers, staff and service groups to support effective feedback processes, promote positive communication, and contribute to service improvement initiatives informed by consumer experiences. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate and customer-focused professional to make a meaningful impact on the quality and delivery of healthcare services.
