The successful candidate will be responsible for providing Program level support across the multiple STAM projects.

Key responsibilities include:
- Support the project teams to Manage the definition, documentation, and successful completion of multiple large-scale projects in line with Queensland Health's project management methodologies.
- Promote and ensure use of appropriate project management techniques, methodologies, and tools, including benefits realisation and risk and issue management, to ensure quality project outcomes are delivered.
- Support the project teams to, monitor, and report on project related trends and performance against project plans and schedules.
- Oversee and monitor resources, expenses, and capital costs against project forecasts.
- Establish and maintain procedures relating to project procurement processes.
- Ensure correct Management of all project documentation and produce required reports in alignment with Information Management System requirements.
- Initiative, influence and maintain relationships with and between key internal and external stakeholders and suppliers.
The successful person:
To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills and an ability to coordinate multiple tasks within agreed priorities, timeframes and accountabilities. Experience in an IM/ICT project environment, including scheduling, risk management, reporting and budgeting, and an ability to coordinate the delivery of work packages.
You will have knowledge of appropriate project management methodologies and ability to provide advice on the use of appropriate project management techniques, methodologies and tools, with Experience in, or the ability to assist with the compilation of program/project information, maintenance of program/project files and the preparation and presentation of management reports
The preferred candidate will have knowledge of appropriate project management techniques, methodologies and tools (preferably PRINCE2).
Experience in Service Now (SNOW), S/4 HANA and Project on-line highly desirable
