Competitive salary and benefits:

- Salary range: $144,315 to $154,879 p.a. (AO7)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation

About your opportunity
The Senior Management Accountant provides high-level financial analysis, modelling and strategic advice to support operational and strategic decision-making across Townsville Hospital and Health Service. Working closely with executive and operational leaders, the role drives financial performance through budget development, forecasting, reporting and service planning. The position plays a key role in optimising resource allocation, managing financial risk and supporting the delivery of Better Value Care outcomes across the organisation.
