Every day, you'll contribute by:

  • Delivering advanced physiotherapy care that supports recovery, independence and timely discharge outcomes.
  • Partnering with patients, families and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and achieve the best possible results.
  • Leading quality improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery, clinical effectiveness and patient experience.
  • Mentoring clinicians and students, helping build capability, confidence and excellence across the workforce.

Let's Talk About You

You're an experienced physiotherapist who combines clinical expertise with compassion, sound judgement and a genuine commitment to patient-centred care. You thrive in fast-paced environments, build trusted relationships and confidently support complex decision-making. What motivates you is seeing the difference your leadership, guidance and clinical care can make to patients, colleagues and the wider community. You're not just looking for your next role, you're looking for an opportunity to create lasting impact while working with people who share your commitment to excellence.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:

  • Current registration as a Physiotherapist with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead, prioritise workloads, support change and contribute to service improvement.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience supervising and developing clinicians or students and/or a strong track record applying evidence-based practice to improve clinical outcomes.

Above all, you'll bring Compassion, Integrity, Dignity, Innovation and Courage to every interaction, helping deliver exceptional care and stronger outcomes for the communities we serve.
