You'll be part of a supportive health service where your ideas are valued, your development is encouraged, and your contribution creates a lasting impact both within the team and across the region.

Every day, you'll contribute by:

  • Guiding complex medication decisions that improve safety, recovery and quality of life for consumers.
  • Building strong partnerships with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated, person-centred care.

  • Sharing knowledge, mentoring colleagues and helping create a culture of learning, growth and excellence.

Let's talk about you!

You're an experienced pharmacist who combines expertise with empathy and brings a calm, confident approach to complex situations. You value meaningful relationships, enjoy helping others succeed and are motivated by the opportunity to make a genuine difference in mental health care. Whether you're supporting a consumer through an important healthcare journey, mentoring a colleague or driving a new idea forward, you lead with compassion, integrity, dignity, innovation and courage.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:

  • Registration, or eligibility for registration, as a Pharmacist with AHPRA.
  • Advanced clinical pharmacy experience and sound evidence-based decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence, collaborate and build trust.
  • A commitment to leadership, continuous learning and high-quality patient care.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience in mental health practice and/or postgraduate study relevant to clinical pharmacy.

Most importantly, you're passionate about improving lives, supporting others and making a positive contribution to the community you serve.
