Competitive salary and benefits:

- Base salary range: $144,315 to $154,879 p.a. (AO7)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
- Plus a range of salary packaging options to increase take-home pay
About your opportunity
As the Manager Executive Financial Services, you will lead the delivery of high-level financial management, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and business partnering services to Executive stakeholders across Townsville Hospital and Health Service. Working closely with senior leaders, you will provide strategic financial advice and insights that support informed decision-making, financial sustainability and effective governance. This is an opportunity to influence organisational performance while driving best-practice financial management and reporting across a large and complex health service.
Requirements
- While not mandatory, possession of tertiary qualifications in accounting, commerce, business, finance or a related discipline would be highly regarded.
- Membership or eligibility for membership of a recognised professional accounting body (CPA Australia, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand or equivalent) would be advantageous.
