About your role:
In this position you will…..
- Provide safe, compassionate, and person-centred care to surgical and orthopaedic patients.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including hygiene, mobility, toileting, feeding, and comfort needs.
- Perform continence management and pressure injury prevention strategies.
- Assist with safe patient handling and transfers using appropriate mechanical aids and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked clinical environment through restocking and equipment management.
- Contribute to a positive patient experience by promoting dignity, respect, and quality care.
