We are inviting you to submit your interest in future administration opportunities across the Department of Health. By joining our Administration Officer – Expression of Interest Pool, you may be considered for vacancies as they arise across the Department. Future opportunities may include:

  • Administration Officer – providing general business and administrative support, including records, financial and human resource administration, and coordination activities.
  • Assistant Finance Officer – supporting accounts payable functions, processing and validating payments, responding to enquiries, and maintaining accurate financial information.
  • Client Service Officer – providing customer-focused payroll and administrative services, including processing, responding to enquiries, and supporting accurate payroll information.
  • Recruitment Support Officer – providing administrative support across recruitment and selection, job evaluation, and pre-employment screening activities.

Expression of Interest Pool

  • If you are deemed suitable, your details will remain in the Administration Officer – Expression of Interest Pool and you may be contacted at a future time to discuss the opportunity
  • Additional selection assessments, such as interviews, reference checks, and pre-employment screening may be required to further assess suitability for appointment to a specific position
  • The Expression of Interest Pool is not for a current vacancy and submitting an application does not guarantee an offer of employment
