How the EOI Pool works

  • Submitting an EOI does not mean you are applying for a current vacancy or that an offer of employment will be made.
  • Applications will remain current for 12 months from the closing date of this EOI process.
  • If a suitable vacancy arises during this period, we may review the EOI Pool to identify applicants whose skills, experience and employment preferences may align with the requirements of that position.
  • If you are identified as potentially suitable for an opportunity, you may be contacted to discuss the vacancy and confirm your interest and availability.
  • Further assessment may be required before any appointment is made, including interviews, referee checks, and applicable pre-employment screening.
  • Being included in the EOI Pool does not guarantee that you will be contacted or offered employment.

Ready to express your interest?

Before applying, please review the attached role descriptions and applicant guide. When you are ready to submit your Expression of Interest, please provide:

  • your current resume, including details of two referees who can speak to your work performance and conduct
  • a cover letter or statement of no more than two pages outlining your relevant skills and experience
  • responses to the online questionnaire, including your role, location, and employment preferences.

Further information

Applications will remain current for 12 months from the closing date of this EOI process. During this period, applicants may be considered for suitable AO3 Administration Officer opportunities as vacancies arise. Opportunities may be temporary or permanent and may be available on a full-time, part-time, or casual basis. This EOI is not associated with a current vacancy. Inclusion in the EOI Pool does not guarantee that you will be contacted, considered for a particular vacancy, or offered employment.
