Your new role:

As an Advanced Clinical Leader, you'll combine specialist clinical expertise with professional leadership to help deliver safe, evidence-based and person-centred Psychology services across community-based chronic disease and rehabilitation care, by:

  • Providing advanced assessment, treatment and consultancy for people with complex needs.
  • Leading and supporting a team of community-based Psychologists through supervision, mentoring and professional governance.
  • Providing clinical leadership across Chronic Disease and MSH@Home services, including diabetes, pulmonary and cardiac rehabilitation.
  • Supporting innovative models of care, workforce planning and service development.
  • Using data, research and outcome measures to drive quality improvement and better patient outcomes.
  • Building strong relationships across multidisciplinary teams and with internal and external stakeholders.

About you:

You're an experienced Psychologist who brings advanced clinical capability, strong leadership skills and a commitment to improving community-based care, with:

  • General registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA.
  • Advanced clinical expertise and the ability to work independently with complex presentations.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, supervision and mentoring skills.
  • Experience leading teams, managing workloads and supporting workforce development.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and evaluate clinical practices, service models and procedures.
  • Experience contributing to service improvement, innovation, research or evidence-based practice.
  • Clinical, Health Psychology or Clinical Neuropsychology endorsement will be highly regarded, as will relevant postgraduate qualifications in leadership, management or service redesign.
