About you:
In your new role you will:
- Provide a defined range of interventions as prescribed by the Allied Health Professional (AHP) under general direction including using decision support tools, clinical pathways and patient guidelines.
- Participate as a member of a multi-disciplinary team, contributing to team meetings, care coordination and planning meetings as directed by the Allied Health Professional.
- Provide induction and orientation including competency-based training and skill development to less experienced Allied Health Assistants and work experience students within the scope of practice.
