Your opportunity:
- The purpose of this position is to enhance and monitor workforce competency, capacity and development of the Wide Bay Mental Health & Specialised Services team (WBMHSS).
- This position will be required to coordinate the ongoing undergraduate, post graduate and student participation according to relevant Health professional standards, requirements and learning objectives.
- Provide educational leadership to build workforce capacity and foster a culture of lifelong learning.
- Accountable for the coordination and delivery of a clinical education curriculum that addresses the learning and development needs of staff and their capacity to provide quality care every day.

Our offer:
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $174,208 p.a., comprising salary between $140,632 - $152,685 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 7) (Permanent Full Time, 76 hours p.f.)
