Your new role:

Join Redland Psychology to provide senior, evidence-based psychological services across acute medical, ICU, kidney dialysis and specialist outpatient settings. You will manage complex clinical presentations, provide high-level clinical advice and multidisciplinary collaboration, and contribute to innovative individual and group interventions. With opportunities to supervise and support HP3 clinicians, students and Allied Health Assistants, you'll also play a key role in service development, quality improvement, education and research.

About you:

You are an experienced Psychologist who brings advanced clinical expertise, sound independent judgement and a collaborative leadership approach to delivering high-quality care in complex healthcare environments.

• Apply advanced expertise in psychological assessment, formulation and intervention across complex medical and specialist settings.
• Manage and prioritise complex caseloads with a high degree of independence, sound clinical judgement and effective discharge planning.
• Provide clinical leadership through high-level advice, supervision, education and support to clinicians, students and multidisciplinary teams.
• Collaborate effectively with patients, carers, health professionals and external stakeholders to achieve patient-centred outcomes.
• Drive improvement by contributing to evidence-based practice, research, quality initiatives and the ongoing development of Psychology services.
