You bring compassion to every interaction, integrity to your work, and respect for the unique experiences of older people. Whether you're supporting someone to regain confidence, maintain independence or stay connected to their community, you understand that small actions can have a lasting impact.

This role will suit someone who enjoys variety, values teamwork and is excited by the opportunity to work across vibrant regional communities while continuing to grow their skills and experience.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:

  • The ability to work confidently within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
  • Strong communication, organisation and digital literacy skills
  • A commitment to safe, person-centred care and ongoing professional development

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience in aged care, community health or rural and regional settings, and a passion for supporting healthy ageing.
