What's involved – Provide specialist advice, coordination, and management of complex human resources case matters, including but not limited to grievances, corrupt conduct, public interest disclosures (PIDs), Health Ombudsman referrals and other high-risk complaints. The Senior Advisor HR Case Management ensures CWHHS has robust, fair, and transparent processes that meet legislative, policy, and ethical obligations, while supporting managers to resolve sensitive workforce issues in a timely and effective manner. The Senior Advisor HR Case Management leads the case management stream, which handles complex workforce complaints, investigations, and compliance matters that fall outside of rehabilitation or safety management and general human resource matters.
