Your new role:

As a key leader within Theatre Support Services, you will supervise and coordinate Theatre Support Supervisors and Theatre Support Officers to ensure a safe, efficient and high-quality service. Working closely with nursing, surgical and operational teams, you will foster a positive workplace culture while supporting staff performance, resolving escalated issues and driving service improvements.

You will:

• Lead and support Theatre Support staff to deliver services safely, efficiently and within agreed timeframes.
• Coordinate staffing, resources, performance management and operational priorities across the theatre environment.
• Monitor quality, compliance and performance, including KPI reporting and regular CARPS quality checks.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, evaluate the impact of change and educate staff on updated standards and procedures.
• Support patient safety, workplace health and safety, and respectful, inclusive service delivery.

About you:

You are an experienced operational leader who can confidently coordinate people, resources and competing priorities in a busy healthcare environment. You will bring strong communication and people-management skills, a commitment to quality and safety, and the ability to build productive relationships across multidisciplinary teams.

You will bring:

• Demonstrated experience leading, supervising and developing staff in a service environment.
• Strong operational management skills, including workforce coordination, resource management and performance monitoring.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clinical and operational teams.
• Knowledge of healthcare policies, procedures, workplace health and safety requirements and theatre environments.
