The position of Service Evaluation and Research Coordinator, Queensland Centre for Perinatal and Infant Mental and Early Intervention (QCPIMH & EI) and Head2Health Kids Queensland (H2HK-Q) will lead, coordinate and provide strategic direction to the service evaluation, research and quality improvement activities undertaken within QCPIMH & EI and H2HK-Q. Contribute to the ongoing development of evidence-based models of care to meet the mental health and emotional wellbeing needs of expectant and new parents, infants, young children their parents/caregivers and families.

About the Team
The Head to Health Kids Queensland (H2HK-Q) Brisbane Service is a secondary level child development, mental health and wellbeing service, targeting children between the ages of 0-12 years of age who are experiencing emerging complexities related to a mental health and/or developmental issue (formal diagnosis is not required). The service will aim to:
- Provide access to comprehensive, multidisciplinary care which supports children and their families.
- Improve early intervention outcomes for children's mental health and wellbeing; and
- Complement and enhance existing services provided to children and their families.
About the Role
In this role you will deliver quality outcomes for children, young people and families (Leader of Self) in accordance with the Children's Health Queensland Leadership Excellence Framework and the Queensland Public Service and the CHQ values.
You'll fulfil the responsibilities of this role in accordance with Schedule 2, Nurses and Midwives (Queensland Health) Award - State 2015 - Generic Level Statements (GLS) Nurse Grade 6 and the Queensland Health and Children's Health Queensland Hospital and Health Service (CHQHHS) commitments and values, in achievement of the organisational goals and Domains of Practice.
Your contribution will include:
- Provide strategic direction for service evaluation and research initiatives through the development, monitoring and refining of a service evaluation and research framework for the QCPIMH & EI and H2HK-Q programs, including key outcome measures by which service effectiveness can be assessed.
- Use professional knowledge and expertise in the areas of service evaluation and research to develop and implement service evaluation and research initiatives.
