About your opportunity:
In this position you will…
- Provide advanced, effective and efficient clinical care within the rehabilitation, GEMS and psychogeriatric specialty, to ensure the maintenance of safe standards in patient care.
- Provide leadership to effectively plan, manage and evaluate patient care activities at an advanced practitioner level.
- Undertake quality improvement and evidence-based practice and participate in a dedicated portfolio.
