Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Allied Health Assistant – Physiotherapy to join our team across Hervey Bay and Maryborough Hospitals.
Working as part of the Physiotherapy team, you will provide valuable support to physiotherapists and patients by assisting with delegated therapy activities and contributing to the delivery of safe, effective and patient-centred care.

Your opportunity:
- To provide direct clinical assistance and support, as delegated and supervised, by Allied Health Professionals to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of patient care delivery. Allied Health professions include Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology, Dietetics, Podiatry and Social Work.
- To provide non-clinical support to Allied Health Professionals through delivery of administration, customer service and equipment management duties under the direction of the supervising health practitioner.

Our offer: You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $82, 216 p.a., comprising salary between $68,471 - $72, 059 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (CA3) (Permanent Full Time, 76 hrs p.f.)(Applications will remain current for 12 months).
