Your opportunity:
- The Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Practitioner will provide a range of clinical primary health care services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients and communities including delivering specific health care programs, assessing and treating clients, maintaining health care systems and providing advice and support whilst under clinical supervision in order to contribute to better health outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
- This role is an experienced practitioner role and requires the occupant to operate with a level of independence against a specific set of rules or procedures set by the health service provider/s. This role may be required to provide second on-call (after hours) emergency services on a rotational basis.
Under 25s of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991 (Qld), it is a genuine occupational requirement for the incumbent to be Indigenous to the Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander Community.

Our offer:
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $121,317 p.a., comprising salary between $79,661 - $106,329 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HWF3) (Permanent Full Time, 76 hours p.f.)
