About the role
Permanent full time opportunity to demonstrate accountability at an advanced practice level for managing and coordinating ongoing care for adolescent and young adult consumers/patients across Metro North with pelvic pain and endometriosis.
This role will provide specialist nursing advice, consultation, leadership and education to support the interprofessional team as relevant to the specific context of the role.

- Create partnerships, for example, providing a central point of communication, engagement and coordination for all stakeholders involved in the consumers'/patients' care.

- Facilitate systems improvement - providing a leadership role within the organisation and act as an agent of change.
