This is a rare opportunity to bring your transformational senior leadership and project management skills to an established and high performing Transformation Office within Queensland Corrective Services (QCS). In this role you will draw on your breadth of experience to ensure the timely management and leadership of significant transformational change and project delivery! 

The Transformation Office, within the Office of the Commissioner, Queensland Corrective Services (QCS), is responsible for leading the planning and delivery of the QCS' portfolio and reform agenda. The Office collaborates across QCS and with external stakeholders to support the successful delivery of Portfolio investment. Our work is interesting, diverse, and often fast-paced. 

The Transformation Office comprises of several teams with specialised skills. The Director Portfolio Delivery (EPMO) leads the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office and oversees QCS' portfolio of programs and projects, and portfolio governance. The role is responsible for the implementation and application of project management frameworks, and for providing strategic oversight and operational support to the Assistant Commissioner, Transformation Office, and the QCS Executive, on matters related to portfolio management, secretariat functions, enterprise project management and delivery and benefits management. 

In this role you will provide expert, evidence-based and trusted advice across various projects demonstrating exceptional leadership, collaboration and influencing skills and ensuring effective portfolio governance to successfully deliver the significant and exciting programs of work within QCS. Success in this role will also draw on your dynamic change leadership skills as you support a team to establish and ensure continuous improvement across QCS.
