In this role you will:

  • Provide advice and support to stakeholders on application of the Queensland Government Performance Framework.
  • Develop, review and evaluate key performance measures, indicators and counting rules.
  • Provide advice and support to staff in line with established frameworks.
  • Assist the Manager with the development of high-level corporate reporting documents such as Service Delivery Statements, Budget Statements and Output Reports through the provision of regular performance reports and information.
  • Assist with the co-ordination and ongoing management of the Commissioner's Operational Performance Reviews.
  • Consult with stakeholders and coordinate collection of information from a number of sources.
  • Aggregate data and analyse trends.
  • Undertake statistical analysis of data relating to relevant aspects of QCS operations and activities.
  • Develop and prepare reports and provide advice to support operational performance meetings and reviews.
  • Undertake analysis and development of reports and enhancements under general direction.
  • Design and prepare written reports as necessary.
  • Prepare business cases, reports, submissions, briefings and correspondence.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative networks with business and other stakeholders.
  • Manage your workflow by negotiating and confirming priorities for work completion in consideration of needs of other officers.
  • Maintain own level of knowledge of legislation, policies and procedures relevant to the correctional jurisdiction.
  • Maintain own knowledge of contemporary issues involving corrective services.
  • Participate in various operational activities including projects and new releases.
