This position is responsible for coordinating and delivering sentence management tasks and functions within regional SMS teams and units that deliver and support statewide services.

The essential requirements for this role are:
- Knowledge of contemporary correctional and offender management practices
- Understanding of Queensland Corrective Services at a strategic and political level
- Experience in preparing high quality reports, briefings, policy papers and submissions
- Exposure to operating in an executive environment
- Experience in undertaking research and application of outcomes to better practice
- Stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
- Demonstrated workplace and emotional resilience
- Knowledge, interpretation and application of legislation, policies and procedures
- Ability to motivate and encourage self and others to meet the challenges of demanding work roles
- Conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Experience working with sensitive or classified information.
