Temporary full time role until 30/06/2026
This role will liaise with other Medical Education Staff and Senior Medical Staff to assess training needs for prevocational medical graduates, develop, enhance and deliver training to meet these needs, while contributing to achievement of required training programme accreditation.
Working with us
- base salary ranges between $4,620.20 and $4,982.80 per fortnight (PO4).
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution.
- Long Service Leave and Sick Leave accrual.
- North West Divisional and District allowance - $6.50 per fortnight
In your downtime, we offer 4 weeks p.a. recreational leave with a 17.5% loading/bonus.

About the role
Temporary full time role until 30/06/2026
Develop and facilitate the application of an assessment framework that ensures valid methods of effective performance assessment in a manner consistent with National guidelines.
Identify prevocational doctors' educational needs and develop, trial and evaluate educational resource material for Junior Doctor education and training programs including at the interface with rural generalist pathways for those junior doctors so enrolled.
Develop and implement resources to improve supervision and assessment processes
Requirements
- Mandatory requirements are a relevant tertiary degree qualification and appropriate registration/licences.
- C Class Motor Vehicle Licence.
- Pre-employment screening will be conducted for the successful applicant, including Criminal History checks.
- This is a VPD risk role and may require evidence of vaccination or immunity to: Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis, and Tuberculosis.
- A period of probation may apply.
