About the opportunity:
Position: Physiotherapist Senior (Acute)
Vacancy: Permanent full-time
Location: Physiotherapy Department, Allied Health Services Division, Townsville University Hospital.
The position is integral to maintaining high standards of physiotherapy practice and contributing to the development of acute care medical and surgical physiotherapy to optimise patient flow and experience.

Enjoy a generous remuneration package valued up to $157,360 p.a., including:
- Salary range: $4912.70 to $5286.40 p.a. (HP4)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
- Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available

Requirements:
- Mandatory requirements are possession of a qualification in physiotherapy from a recognised tertiary institution and current registration, or eligibility for current registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia.
- This position requires the incumbent to operate a class C motor vehicle and an appropriate license endorsement to operate this vehicle is required.
- This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role. Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Tuberculosis.
- Probation period may apply.
- Pre-employment checks will be conducted.
