About the opportunity:
Position: Administration Officer
Vacancy: Permanent Full-time / 76 hours per fortnight
Location: Health Security Department / Facilities and Integrated Support Services / Townsville
The Health Security Department provides a broad range of services and support functions to ensure the safety, security and wellbeing of all staff, patients, visitors, and contractors of the Townsville Hospital and Health Service (THHS).

- Salary range: $2950.00 to $3280.70 p.f. (AO3)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation

Requirements:
Mandatory qualifications/ professional registration/ other requirements
- No formal qualification is required for this position.
- Previous experience in a security administration position is not essential but may be considered favourably.
- Highly regarded: Sound organisational skills with the ability to problem solve and plan/prioritise workloads with competing deadlines, whilst working autonomously.
- Highly regarded: The ability to actively participate in a working environment to support quality human resource management practices including employment equity, anti-discrimination, occupational health and safety and ethical behaviour.
- Highly regarded: Strong skillsets in the use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Sharepoint etc), and applications relevant to Health Security such as Cardax, Security Database, RMS, S4HANA and myHR.
- Probation period may apply.
