Join Our Team as an Administrative Officer! Are you a customer-focused professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service? We're looking for a dedicated Administrative Officer to provide frontline administrative support and booking services for patients, ensuring efficient scheduling for Consultants and Clinicians.
What we are looking for?:
- Excellent data entry with high level attention to detail to ensure quality of data and high standards of work
- Highly organised with engaging interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills
- Experience in providing administrative and booking support in Health or similar industry
- Proficiency in electronic based information systems (Microsoft Word, Excel, Medical Records and relevant Hospital Information systems.
Role Requirements
- This is a Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD) risk role: Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, and Pertussis.
Generous casual rates of $39.05 - $45.55 p.h. (AO2) 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation.
