Ingham Health Service, provides an integrated service encompassing a range of community-based services, provision of Allied Health services and traditional hospital-based services of an Inpatient ward, an Emergency Department, a limited range of surgical procedures and a range of support services including X-ray, Pharmacy, Administration and Operational Services.

Are you a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse looking to make a difference? Ingham Health Service is seeking a skilled professional to join our team and provide exceptional nursing care.

Enjoy a generous remuneration package including:
- Salary range: $41.73 to $53.53 p.h. (Nurse Grade 5)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
- Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available
- Add in about flexible working arrangements if applicable to role or hiring manager
Requirements:
- Qualification: Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent certification relevant to the position is mandatory.
- Highly Desirable: Experience in Emergency Department and a current Adult Life Support certificate.
- Adult Life Support certificate: Must be able to obtain and then maintain an annual competency in Advanced Life Support as per Townsville Hospital and Health Service policy Life Support Training and Assessment -THSDCLI040151v6 (http://qheps.health.qld.gov.au/tville/policies/thsdcli/thsdcli040151.pdf)
- Shift Workers: Appointees will be required to work all shifts in accordance with the unit roster, which will include participation in an on-call roster.
- On call: Appointees may be required to participate in an on-call roster.
- This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role. Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Tuberculosis.
- Probation period may apply.
- Pre-employment checks will be conducted.
