Competitive salary and benefits:

We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.

  • Salary range: $4651.70 to $4982.80 p.f. (Classification)
  • 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
  • 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
  • Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available

About your opportunity

This position will support the Manager Employee Relations to deliver services to a large and complex hospital and health service, including the management of significant, high risk and/or complex industrial relations and employee relations matters.

Requirements:

  • Whilst not mandatory, possession of a tertiary qualification in industrial relations or human resource management would be highly desirable.
  • Sound knowledge of industrial and employee relations theory, principles, policies and practices within a large complex workforce environment will be highly regarded.
  • Highly desirable: Previous experience in delivering a similar role using influencing skills to deliver business results or efficiencies within industrial constraints.
  • Drivers Licence: This position requires the incumbent to operate a class C motor vehicle and an appropriate license endorsement to operate this vehicle is required.
  • This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
  • Probation period may apply.
  • Pre-employment checks will be conducted.
