- Salary range: $2950.00 to $3280.70 p.f. (AO3)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
- Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available
About your opportunity
To provide a high level of confidential, secretarial /executive support to the defined specialty teams within the Women's & Children's Service Group (WCSG) – Paediatrics, Obstetrics/Gynaecology, Neonatal, and liaise as required with a range of clients from within and external to the organisation.
Requirements:
- Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration
- Highly regarded: The ability to provide a high standard of administrative and secretarial skills to prepare complex documents, agendas, minutes, and draft replies to correspondence
- Highly regarded: Proven ability to work effectively as an individual with limited supervision or collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team that provides clinical care, establishing work priorities, meeting deadlines, coordinating tasks and workflow, and adapting as required to meet the needs of a changing work environment.
- Highly desirable: Have high-level accuracy for data entry. Focus on “getting it right the first time”.
- Highly desirable: Provide a high degree of initiative, decision making ability and negotiating skills required to resolve issues in a busy day to day environment together with reliability in meeting deadlines and commitments.
- This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
- Probation period may apply.
- Pre-employment checks will be conducted.
