- Salary range: $8062.00 to $10221.70 p.f. (L18-L27)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
- Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available
About your opportunity
The Cardiologist, Electrophysiology & General Cardiology, will be responsible for the provision of high quality, cost efficient and effective care of patients with Rhythm disorders and Cardiovascular Disease who are managed by the Cardiac Services at the Townsville University Hospital and to actively participate in education and research.
Requirements:
- Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration
- Possession of Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) qualifications (or equivalent).
- Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (Cardiologist or equivalent).
- Current registration as a Specialist Cardiologist with Medical Board of Australia.
- Electrophysiology and pacing training consistent with Cardiac Society of Australia and New Zealand guidelines.
- This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
- Probation period may apply.
- Pre-employment checks will be conducted.
