About the opportunity
The role of the Clinical Nurse within the Nursing and Midwifery Workforce Services (NMWS) team works under the supervision of the Nurse Manager to provide rostering, staffing support, payroll advice, performance management and improving workplace satisfaction and culture.
The Clinical Nurse's are responsible of monitoring and maintaining mandatory training requirements of all NMST and causal staff, as well as providing support during onboarding. The Clinical Nurse's also provide on the floor support and education to NMST and casual staff.

- Salary range: $4138.10 to $4431.10 p.f. (NG6-1)
- 5 weeks annual leave with 17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
- Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available
Requirements:
- Qualification: Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent certification relevant to the position is mandatory.
- Highly Desirable: Possession of a relevant postgraduate qualification in an appropriate field is highly desirable. Such experience may be discipline specific or have a service area focus. Experience in staff rostering would be well regarded.
- This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role. Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Tuberculosis.
