- Salary range: $62.75 to $67.53 p.h. (HP4)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation

About your opportunity
The Townsville University Hospital provides perinatal services, including expert clinical support and management, saving families from expensive and disruptive travel to south-east Queensland. You are invited to experience this exciting opportunity as part of a significant expansion of maternal services at Northern Australia's largest tertiary hospital. Women and families will be able to access world-class care, closer to home, with the support of medical, sonography, midwifery, health worker and allied health specialist staff.
Requirements:
Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration
- Applicants must possess an Australian Psychology Accreditation Council (APAC) accredited four-year qualification in Psychology, and be eligible for provisional or general registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA), Psychology Board of Australia (PsychBA).
- Appointment to this position requires proof of qualification and registration or membership with the appropriate registration authority or association within Australia.
- While not mandatory, a PsychBA Area of Practice Endorsement in Clinical Psychology or Health Psychology would be highly regarded, as would PsychBA approved Supervisor status.
- This position requires possession of a C class driver licence.
- This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
- Probation period may apply.
- Pre-employment checks will be conducted.
