- Salary range: $150,906 to $159,677 p.a. (AO8)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
- Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available
About your opportunity
Step into a pivotal leadership role as Director, Staff Engagement and Cultural Transformation.
Drive impactful cultural change across Townsville Hospital and Health Services through a comprehensive strategy that aligns people, processes, systems, and policies. Champion sustainable transformation by shaping a values-driven culture, enhancing staff engagement, and fostering a positive, high-performing work environment.
This role is central to embedding inclusive practices, meaningful recognition, and growth opportunities—ensuring staff voice informs organisational priorities. Be the catalyst for lasting change.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in organisational development, human resource management, organisational behaviour, psychology or related field is highly desirable.
- Advanced studies in leadership, change management or organisational behaviour would be highly valued.
- A relevant master's qualification is desirable.
- Experience in Human Synergistics Frameworks would be valuable, given the organisation's use of the se frameworks.
