- Salary range: $3030.00 to $4453.50 p.f. (HP3)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
- Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available
About your opportunity
The purpose of this role is to deliver cardiac clinical measurement services within the Cardiac Investigations Unit. This includes:
- Detailed clinical assessment, patient education, intervention and/or management within an interprofessional context.
- Clinical education, supervision of observational students and allied health assistants, and assistance with supervision of undergraduate students.
- Participation and contribution to quality improvement and research activities under the guidance of senior staff.
Requirements:
- Possession of a science based tertiary degree from a recognised tertiary institute with a strong human physiology component and eligibility for membership with a relevant professional association or organisation
- Whilst not mandatory, relevant additional qualification or evidence of considerable professional development in cardiac clinical measurements would be well regarded. Expertise in Echocardiography, Cardiac Implantable Electronic Devices or Electrophysiology are highly desirable.
- Possess a C class motor vechicle licence.
- The position contributes to after hour emergency clinical on-call services.
- This is a (VPD) risk role.
