- Salary range: $38.81 to $43.16 p.h. (AO3)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
- Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available
About your opportunity
Provide a high level of confidential administrative and secretarial support to the senior clinical staff of the Emergency Department within Medical Service Group.
Requirements:
- Possession of a high level of administrative and secretarial skills and the proven ability to prepare complex documents, agendas and minutes whilst maintaining patient confidentiality and providing an effective customer focused service.
- High level interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing (displaying tact and diplomacy when dealing with patients and staff).
- Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and schedule work to meet strict deadlines and commitments, and to be flexible in changing work environment.
- Proven ability in the utilisation of Microsoft Office, and ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of hospital-based systems including myHR, IeMR, BIARRI etc.
- Knowledge of or ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of policies and guidelines relating to Recruitment & Human Resources procedures.
- This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role
