- Salary range: $62.75 to $67.53 p.h. (HP4)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
- Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available
About your opportunity
The Sexual Health Service in Townsville provides comprehensive sexual and reproductive health care including management of sexually transmissible infections and blood borne viruses, non-forensic sexual assault, transgender care and clinical management, sexual dysfunction, and genital dermatological conditions as well as education services for health professionals.
Requirements:
Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration
- Mandatory Qualification: The successful applicant must possess a relevant clinical degree in Psychology at a Masters or higher level and/or be eligible for full membership of the College of Clinical Neuropsychology of the Australian Psychology Society (APS).
- Appointment to this position requires proof of qualification and registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and possession of a current practising certificate.
- Highly Desirable: Experience in working with persons experiencing distress related to Sexual Health issues is desirable but not essential.
- This position requires the incumbent to operate a Class “C” motor vehicle, and an appropriate licence endorsement to operate this type of vehicle is required.
- This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
