  • Salary range: $64.64 to $69.55 p.h. (HP4)
  • 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
  • 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
  • Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available

You will be working in a supportive and friendly unit where autonomy and innovation are highly valued, and ongoing learning and professional development opportunities are encouraged and supported.

Requirements:

Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration

  • The successful applicant must hold at least a tertiary degree (or equivalent) qualification in social work that provides eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
  • Appointment to this position requires proof of qualification and registration or membership (if applicable) with the appropriate registration authority or association.
  • Highly regarded: Demonstrated high level of knowledge of Social Work practice theories, social legislation and ability to apply a high level of expertise and skill in Social Work clinical practice in the management of Brain Injury rehabilitation to clients, their significant others, and service providers.
  • Highly regarded: Demonstrated knowledge and abilities to apply evidence-based principles to facilitate novel, complex clinical decision making concerning Social Work interventions and holistic care delivery.
  • This position requires the incumbent to operate a class C motor vehicle and appropriate licence endorsement to operate this vehicle is required.
  • This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
  • Probation period may apply.
  • Pre-employment checks will be conducted.
