- Salary range: $3161.70 to $3481.60 p.f. (OO5)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
- Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available
About your opportunity
Prioritise and coordinate the delivery of high standard Support Services within catering, cleaning, grounds, supply and laundry services for the Charters Towers Health Service and Eventide Residential Aged Care Facility.
The department incorporates food preparation and distribution, cleaning, linen service and distribution, porterage, stores, gardens, and waste management.
Requirements:
- National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Screening Check: As a Health Care worker in Queensland Health who engages in risk-assessed roles, you must hold a current disability check (Yellow Card or Yellow Card Exemption) or an NDIS worker screening check, in accordance with Part 5 of the Disability Services Act 2006 (Qld).
- Regular travel between the facilities for service delivery purposes is required.
- This position requires the incumbent to operate a class C motor vehicle and an appropriate licence endorsement to operate this vehicle is required. Proof of this endorsement must be provided prior to the commencement of duty.
- This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
- Probation period may apply.
- Pre-employment checks will be conducted.
