- Salary range: $3481.60 to $3835.70 p.f. (AO4)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
- Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available
About your opportunity
Manage and coordinate the daily functioning of the Townsville Hospital and Health Services Executive Director and assist and support the relevant Executive Director to deliver client focussed executive management and achieve a high level of performance in a demanding executive environment.
Requirements:
Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration
- Previous experience in a similar role supporting a busy Executive role would be highly desirable.
- Highly regarded: High standard of administrative and organisational skills, and ability to prepare complex documents, agendas, minutes, briefs demonstrating advanced computer skills utilising the appropriate software.
- Highly desirable: Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a multi-disciplinary team, and use discretion in the absence of decision makers to manage operations, meet deadlines and organise work priorities.
- Highly desirable: Demonstrated expertise in exercising critical analysis skills, sound judgement, problem solving skills and decision making within a complex environment.
- Highly desirable: Demonstrate a high level of communication, both written and verbal, negotiation and interpersonal skills in the management and support of a multidisciplinary environment.
- This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
- Probation period may apply.
