- Salary range: $79,963 to $85,591 p.a. (AO3)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
- Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available
About your opportunity
To provide administrative systems support in relation to confidential clinical records/information (digital and paper) within a hospital setting. This role contributes to patient flow by ensuring clinical records and information are available for clinicians to provide timely patient care.
Requirements:
Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration
- Highly regarded: Ability to prioritise and manage workloads to achieve tasks within designated time frames and perform tasks with limited supervision.
- Highly regarded: Proven high-level attention to detail to read and interpret clinical identifiers and ensure clinical documents are filed in the correct patient medical record, in the correct order of filing and in the correct encounter in the ieMR.
- Highly regarded: High level communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with internal and external customers and stakeholders.
- Highly regarded: Demonstrated ability to read, interpret and apply standards, policies and procedures relevant to the role.
- This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
