The Facilities and Integrated Support Services located at Townsville University Hospital are seeking an friendly and professional Administrative Officer to join their supportive and dynamic team.

This is a temporary full-time role, up to six (6) months.


The Administrative Officer (Reliever) will ensure an efficient and effective administrative support services is provided to patients, staff and external agencies as director by the Campus Manager.

The Administrative Officer (Reliever) provides administrative support to the assigned units within Facilities, Integrated and Support Services, under the direction of the Campus Manager performing the appropriate tasks relevant to that position.

  • Salary range: $2374.50 to $2769.50  p.f. (AO2)
  • 4 weeks annual leave (pro rata) with 14% loading
  • 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
  • Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available

Requirements:

  • Drivers Licence: This position requires the incumbent to operate a class C motor vehicle and an appropriate licence endorsement to operate this vehicle is required. Proof of this endorsement must be provided prior to the commencement of duty.
  • Ideally seeking applicants with previous customer service experience.
