    QCS has a number of infrastructure and expansion projects underway which form part of the QCS strategy of using technology and infrastructure solutions to improve safety across correctional environments. The Group advises on strategic asset planning, manages required maintenance and repairs at QCS' secure facilities, establishes and integrates preventative maintenance plans, and undertakes property and fleet management.

    In the role of Construction Worker (Supervisor) you will supervise the delivery of civil infrastructure projects throughout all phases of the project cycle to ensure construction and maintenance of Timber Bridge Structures services meet client and business objectives. You will assist in the effective supervision and utilisation of resources to achieve project outcomes and provide leadership in the implementation of change initiatives at the project level. You will also develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders and the project team.

This role in the Facilities and Assets Workgroup will develop and manage property and facility leases, fleet management, and associated budget forecasts, that will help achieve synergies and efficiencies in these responsibility areas.
