About the opportunity:
Position: Occupational Therapy Clinical Education Leader – Program Quality
Vacancy: Temporary Part-time (19/05/2025 - 17/05/2026) with the possibility of an extension up to 12 months / 38 Hours per fortnight
Location: Townville - potential other locations will be considered

- Salary range: $73.12 to $76.30 p.h. (HP5)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading

Requirements:
Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration
- The successful applicant must hold at least a tertiary degree (or equivalent) qualification in Occupational Therapy, and current registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia.
- Appointment to this position requires proof of qualification and registration or membership (if applicable) with the appropriate registration authority or association.
- Highly regarded: Demonstrated ability to apply evidence-based principles and professional reasoning to facilitate the quality of clinical education including responses to novel and/or complex occupational therapy clinical education issues within a state-wide context.
- Highly regarded: Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strategic partnerships on a state-wide basis and provide advice regarding evidence informed clinical education strategies to senior managers, interprofessional colleagues and internal and external stakeholders.
- This position requires the incumbent to operate a class C motor vehicle and an appropriate licence endorsement to operate this vehicle is required.
- This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
- Probation period may apply.
