About the role
The Clinical Facilitator role provides advanced clinical knowledge and care in managing patients with a range of conditions and contributes to the effective functioning of clinical units and teams.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
- Demonstrate relevant clinical experience and contemporary knowledge aligned with the work allocation portfolio areas.
- Demonstrate proficiency in designing, delivering and evaluating clinical education activities which support students and clinicians to deliver evidence-based contemporary care.
- Demonstrates advanced interpersonal and written communication skills to deliver accurate, timely information in individual and group education settings, supporting person‑centred care and staff development.
- Serves as a professional role model by developing others, applying evidence‑based practice, building collaborative relationships, and managing competing priorities to achieve positive outcomes.
- Work collaboratively and efficiently within both clinical and education teams to meet service imperatives within designated timeframes and available resource.
- Demonstrates the West Moreton Health Professional Practice Model.
