What your day could look like
As an Enrolled Nurse Advanced Skill, you'll play an essential role in delivering safe, person‑centred care while supporting colleagues and enhancing the patient experience. You'll help strengthen care standards, contribute to a positive team culture, and support seamless care across our service.
Every day, you'll contribute by:
- Providing advanced, evidence-informed nursing care that supports safe and positive patient outcomes
- Guiding and mentoring enrolled nurses, students and assistants to uplift capability across the team
- Supporting care quality and patient flow by coordinating activities within your delegated portfolio
- Sharing insights and ideas that enhance practice, strengthen safety and improve the experience of those in your care

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
- Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with no medication restrictions
- Completion of intravenous medication administration training (or equivalent)
- Strong clinical capability with growing confidence in advanced nursing procedures
- A collaborative approach grounded in compassion, integrity and clear communication
You'll stand out from the crowd if you bring experience in rural health settings and/or advanced study such as an enrolled nursing diploma extension.
