What your day could look like

As a Physiotherapist Advanced - Clinical Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in improving rehabilitation outcomes for patients while strengthening multidisciplinary practice across the service. From guiding complex clinical decisions to influencing how care is delivered, your work will create flow, confidence and continuity for patients and teams alike.

Every day, you'll contribute by:

  • Leading advanced clinical care for complex geriatric, rehabilitation and stroke patients, delivering outcomes that restore function, safety and independence
  • Acting as a trusted clinical advisor for colleagues, supporting decision‑making and capability across physiotherapy and allied health teams
  • Driving service and quality improvements that enhance patient experience, safety and efficiency across the care continuum
  • Building strong partnerships with clinicians, leaders and services to support seamless transitions and innovative models of care

  • Full registration as a Physiotherapist in Australia, with advanced clinical experience
  • Strong expertise in rehabilitation, geriatric or neurological care, with sound clinical judgement
  • Confidence leading, mentoring and collaborating within multidisciplinary teams
  • A proactive mindset focused on innovation, quality improvement and patient-centred outcomes

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience in advanced practice roles, regional health settings and/or postgraduate qualifications in a relevant field.
